This lovely former 1850’s captain's home has been operated as a guesthouse for more than 20 years. It has been totally renovated and constantly updated over the last decade.

The Benchmark Inn is owned by Dan and Daniel, two Swiss men, since the Summer of 2011.

The owners are dedicated to their guest's satisfaction: „We want to make your stay a memorable one, while we bring some Swissness to Provincetown.“ They welcome you in English, German, French and of course Swiss-German.

Located on a quiet side street just a five minute walk to Provincetown's center, the

Benchmark Inn, located in the middle of the gallery district on Dyer Street between Bradford and Commercial Streets, welcomes you with a warm and intimate atmosphere to one of our seven fine guestrooms, all of which feature fireplaces and private entrances. Many additionally boast wet bars, spa tubs, private or semi-private outdoor space and spectacular views.
